Rohan has over two decades of work experience in specialized learning and development, having worked in world class organizations, with experience in sectors ranging from FMCG/Manufacturing, KPO, IT/ES, Travel, Tourism & Wildlife and Financial Services. His key objective and biggest forte has been setting up and driving “learning organizations, building a learning culture and setting up world class Learning Centers”
Prior to leaving the corporate world, Rohan was the head of Learning and Development at various organizations across the country and was instrumental in setting up the complete Learning and Development agenda and strategy. He designed, developed and rolled out the complete leadership learning pathway, and was the driving force behind the creation of the Learning Academy.
He founded Gakushu Training and Consulting with a focus on creating trainer and facilitator experience and enabling organisations to build strong capability through a unique blend of classroom, outbound, Socratic and wildlife/real experiences.

Ketan has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Training, Customer Service, Human Resources, Event Management, Sales, Outdoor Training and Hospitality. He has worked with organizations like WNS Global Services & IBM Daksh where he trained multiple batches on a multitude of topics including Soft Skills & Behavioral Training for global organizations like British Airways, Norwich Union AVIVA & Orange Telecommunications (UK)

Ketan joined Gakushu Training & Consulting LLP in March 2019 and since then has consulted for brands like Korn Ferry, Amway Enterprises, AkzoNobel, Rhenus Logistics, Aditya Birla Group, PUMA, Pantaloons, Red Hat Technologies, McCain Foods India & The Pavillion Lifestyle Group.
He plays a key role in designing customized content & conducting Assessment Centers apart from being a lead consultant for various projects related to designing Organization Success Frameworks & Competencies for Retail Sales Teams among others.
