Assessment Centers

To enhance capability for success in employees through a series of observed simulated experiential activity-based assessments designed to measure functional competencies  & behavioural skills defined by your organisation.

How does it work?

Participants complete a range of exercises which simulate the activities carried out in the target role.

Various combinations of these exercises and sometimes other assessment methods like psychometric testing and interviews are used to assess particular role-related functional competencies & behavioural skills in individuals.

The most effective tool in both individual and group-based environments for selection or development.

No such thing as a ‘standard’ Assessment or Development Center – Based on the complexity of competencies and the nature of the role.

The Assessment Center will have a developmental aspect to it.

Increasingly assessment centers are stressing a collaborative approach which involves the individual actively participating in the process rather than being a passive recipient of it.

They are increasingly used to identify highfliers or fast trackers and develop leaders/competencies for the future.
