Biography
Ketan possesses over 20 years of experience across Corporate Training, Customer Service, Human Resources, Event Management, Sales and Hospitality. He has held significant positions in the L&D space at organizations including WNS Global Services and IBM Daksh, managing & delivering a wide array of training programs such as Soft Skills and Behavioural Training for prestigious global clients such as British Airways, Norwich Union AVIVA, and Orange Telecommunications (UK).
Since joining Gakushu Training & Consulting LLP in March 2019, Ketan has provided consultancy services and facilitated/co-facilitated workshops for leading brands such as Amway Enterprises, AkzoNobel, Aditya Birla Group, PUMA, BIRA91, Kohler India, St. Gobain, Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK), Zydus Wellness, McCain Foods India and more.
Ketan plays a key role in developing customized training content and conducting Assessment Centres. He serves as the lead consultant for initiatives focused on building Organizational Success Frameworks and Competencies, particularly within Retail Sales Teams. Currently, he oversees Design & Strategy and manages International Business operations at Gakushu.

Biography
Prerna brings over 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing. She has worked with major companies such as Amway India, Avon Beauty Products, Careers India Pvt. Ltd., Clickjobs.com (Bharat Matrimony Group), DHL, and AFL. An MBTI practitioner and Dale Carnegie certified trainer, she also holds certifications in Yoga, Vipassana, and NLP. Since joining Gakushu Training & Consulting LLP in June 2023, Prerna has been a key member of the Design team, consulting for brands like Haier, PUMA India, Purplle.com, and Carlsberg. She actively contributes to assessment centres, workshops, online training, and content creation, currently serving as a Training Consultant and Design Team member at Gakushu.

Ashima has 15+ years of specialised experience in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, and Leadership facilitation. She has previously held roles at WNS and EXL Services, training cohorts in Voice & Accent, Soft Skills, and Behavioural Training for clients like British Airways, AVIVA, Air Canada, and Dell.
Since joining Gakushu Training & Consulting LLP, Ashima has consulted for brands such as Haier, AkzoNobel, AB InBev, PUMA India, Puma Global, Diageo, Kohler, Zydus Wellness Products Ltd., and McCain Foods India. She has facilitated workshops for leading companies and is an integral part of the Design & Strategy team.
Her skills include custom content development, conducting assessments, and, as a certified MBTI practitioner, she helps individuals and teams leverage their strengths for professional growth. Ashima also brings international experience in teaching Neutralised English todiplomats, further strengthening her leadership abilities.

Rajesh brings over 20 years of leadership and management experience across Sales & Distribution operations, Channel Management, and Trade Marketing with esteemed organisations such as SABMiller India, Nike, Adidas, British American Tobacco Nordic, ITC, SOM Distilleries & Breweries, and VBev.
Throughout his career in the Alcobev sector, Rajesh has led commercial operations in key markets, managed large teams, and cultivated relationships with diverse stakeholders both within the organisation and externally.
As a people manager, he has played an active role in training and mentoring sales professionals, focusing on soft skills such as presentation, negotiation, financial and data analytics for sales planning and forecasting, sales call effectiveness, product training, and channel partner management programmes.

Megha Chinniah has worked in various roles related to Sales & Marketing, Client Relations, and Corporate Accounts at organizations including Sita Travels, ITC Travel House, Kuoni Travels, Bharti Cellular, Radio Mirchi, and Zenta Pvt. Ltd. She is currently the Commercial Director at Gakushu Training and Consulting, working in partnership with Rohan Chinniah. Ms. Chinniah has over 15 years of experience and is also engaged in her own venture, Twning, within the digital field. She is also a certified counsellor.
